In this module, we'll take a step further to allow you to revive your positive energy and personality. You’ll understand relaxation, how to relax and how important it is for your health and overall well-being. We’ll identify what are the things that relax you, make you happy and energetic. There will be lots of exercises (mind and physical both), training, dietary recommendations, meditation, and lots of other stuff to relax your mind and body.

By the end of the month, you would have explored new recipes, exercises, mind relaxing games, and plenty of other things to relax yourself, reduce and manage your stress in a much better way to enjoy your life fully.
